Friday 12 March was Crazy Hair Day at Smartie Pants.

Crazy hair Day is apart of The Leukemia Foundations World's Greatest Shave. At Smartie Pants we participate in as many charity fundraisers as we can and this one seemed like a particularly fun one to put on. As the doors opened in the morning one by one the children marched in with a smile on their face and their hair in the craziest 'do's' we have seen. Out came the coloured hair spray and by lunch time every one either had pink, orange, green or purple hair. Even the staff gave Crazy Hair Day a go and we saw lots of wierd and funny hairstyles. The babies room looked adorable with coloured spikey hair and the other rooms had some awsome looking pigtails, spikes and even pink heads with glitter. By the end of the day we had raised around $250 for The Leukemia Foundation and had some very funny photos.
